Howard Hughes Corp. will break ground on a medical-office development at Village of Creekside Park in The Woodlands late this year.

The Dallas-based company will build the 67,200-square-foot medical office project at Strake Drive and Rockwell Park Boulevard within the Creekside Park Village Center. The project consists of two Craftsman-style buildings designed by PGAL.

“It is our vision for Creekside Park Village Center to be all-encompassing, complete with medical offices and shopping, dining, and service experiences, which residents have come to look forward to, all within walking distance to their homes,” Rip Reynolds, Howard Hughes’ vice president, leasing and commercial land, said in an announcement.
