D-FW saw more than $1.5 billion in big commercial property trades in 2017

In 2017, more than $1.5 billion in major commercial real estate sales were recorded in Dallas-Fort Worth. Heading into this year, brokers say that finding properties to sell will be the biggest obstacle.

Some of the biggest North Texas commercial real estate transactions in 2017 were the sales of huge corporate facilities for companies including Liberty Mutual Insurance, Raytheon and FedEx Office. A series of office tower transactions also added to the area’s total.
