Houston PE energy firm to relocate downtown Houston HQ to new tower

Houston-based Quantum Energy Partners will relocate its headquarters to the top floor of Skanska’s Capitol Tower, a 750,000-square-foot office building that broke ground earlier this year in downtown.

The private equity company will occupy the 35th floor, which has 32,000 square feet of office space, per a Skanska announcement. Quantum will relocate to the tower in November 2019, per the announcement, from its current headquarters at 1401 McKinney in 5 Houston Center.

“Our company was drawn to Capitol Tower’s amenity-rich offerings, from the tunnel-level retail market to the SkyPark green roof open to tenants,” said Mike Denham, Quantum Energy Partners’ chief financial officer, in a statement.
