New-to-Houston brokerage to move into new offices, expand to Mexico

CBC Advisors, the fastest-growing arm of the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand, came to Houston in June 2016 with intentions to grow quickly. Now, the firm has named Houston its regional headquarters and zeroed in on new office space in west Houston.

On Dec. 1, CBC Advisors, a franchisee of New Jersey-based Coldwell Banker Commercial, will move into 3,700 square feet at 10497 Town & Country Way near CityCentre, said Rob Cord, president of CBC Advisors. The new office will serve as the regional headquarters for CBC Advisors’ southeastern U.S. operations as well as the company’s international operations office as it looks to expand to Mexico and Latin America.

When CBC Advisors came to Houston last year, it effectively took over the offices of Coldwell Banker Commercial United Realtors’ Houston operations at 2121 Sage Road in Uptown. CBC Advisors will relocate 10 employees to the new office near CityCentre and plans to add additional brokers, said Cord.
