Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE: STC) named a new CFO, secretary and treasurer, the company announced last week.

David Hisey brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience to the global real estate services company and takes over from Allen Berryman, according to a press release.

Berryman had announced retirement plans in February and will stay through the fall as an adviser to help the transition, per the release. He had served as Stewart’s CFO since 2008, according to a March 3 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
