$200M Irving Music Factory project coming ‘down to the wire,’ for Labor Day opening

With weeks left before the $200 million Irving Music Factory opens to thousands of fans on Labor Day weekend for sold-out shows featuring comedian Dave Chappelle, the developer is adding a third shift of construction workers to wrap up the project anchored by Live Nation Entertainment Inc. (NYSE: LYV).
