A project to redevelop Bellaire Town Center is now underway, Houston-based real estate investment firm SDI Realty Advisors announced June 2.

The 39,000-square-foot, one-story retail center will become a 72,000-square-foot, two-story mixed-use center once complete. Both phases of the project are expected to be complete by the end of next year.
