AUSTIN–X Team International and its partners Mountain West Retail and Investment (MWRI), Dunbar Commercial and Endeavor Real Estate Group (EREG)have completed three sale-leaseback transactions forMelrose Family Fashions totaling 32,160 square feet.

The Melrose Family Fashions stores included in the transaction are located in three Texas cities: Laredo, Odessa and Rio Grande City. MWRI’s Chris Hatch, Dunbar Commercial’s Bill Dunbar and EREG’s Dan Freybrokered the transactions. Capview Partners was the buyer.  [GlobeSt]
