Leadership

Ginger Wheless

Ginger WhelessFounder/Publisher - Ginger grew up on a 600-acre ranch 30 miles west of Houston and has worked in commercial real estate her entire career, whether in research, appraisals, or marketing. Fifteen years ago she saw a need in the market for a consolidated database of commercial properties, so she launched REDNews. She has since grown the company from a Houston-only resource to cover all of Texas, and REDNews has come to be a trusted resource for commercial real estate news. She thrives on her work and says, “I can never imagine doing anything else.” But when she’s not hard at work, she’s hard at play, off to the mountains for hiking and biking, or exploring her interest in the design world.

Randy Tran

Randy TranChief Operations Officer – Randy has been with REDNews for over eight years and hails from Orangefield, TX, a tiny town of fewer than 1,000 residents on the Texas-Louisiana border. Officially, he is the chief operating officer; unofficially, he is the go-to guy for all things IT. When he’s not in the office taking care of tech trouble, he’s in the gym or heading to the mountains to snowboard.
