McDermott International Inc. has signed a 524,323-SF lease for the entire Energy Center Five building, an 18-story property in the Energy Corridor. The building will serve as the new corporate McDermott headquarters and will consolidate approximately 1,700 employees across five locations in the Houston area into the new building.
