A commercial real estate brokerage firm with operations in the Arlington and Fort Worth has a new owner.

New York-based First Capital said it has purchased Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors, which operates in six states including Texas.

The new owner has formed Advisors Commercial Real Estate, which has 12 offices with 150 brokers.
