New York-based Industrious — one of the biggest coworking concepts in the industry — is plotting a $20 million expansion in North Texas, which could put up to eight locations in the region.

The expansion plans come weeks after Industrious opened its initial location within One Arts Plaza in the Dallas Arts District, which CEO and Co-Founder Jamie Hodari says is going well.
