Just a few weeks after sharing plans for Lockwood Business Park, an industrial development within the 4,000-acre Generation Park, McCord Developmentnamed an anchor tenant for the business park.

Houston-based GHX Industrial LLC, a service provider to the refining, petrochemical, oil and gas industries and more, will occupy 10 acres in the 25-acre Lockwood Business Park. GHX Industrial’s build-to-suit facility will encompass 143,500 square feet divided between 121,000 square feet of warehouse space and 22,500 square feet of office space, per a McCord release.
