The standout deals and brokers that thrived in Houston’s slouching office market in 2016 were recognized at the Houston Country Club on Feb. 28.

The 2017 HOLBA Landlord Rep Awards, organized by the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association, honor top landlord representatives, a lease of the year from 2016 and an up-and-coming landlord representative.
