After more than 25 years of business, The Weitzman Group is starting the new year by testing the less-is-more theory by merging its brokerage and development services under one rebranded image. As of Jan. 4, The Weitzman Group and Cencor Realty Services — the company’s development and construction arm — are moving foward as simply Weitzman in an effort to streamline its two major services.
