Here’s what Houston’s master-planned community scene will look like in 2035

Houston’s top master-planned community developers will complete nearly 67,000 acres of projects in the Houston area by the year 2035, according to HBJ’s Largest Master-Planned Community Developers List.

That means that at least one of the nine developers ranked on the list will wrap up one major master-planned community near some of Houston’s fastest-growing employment and retail centers almost every year from 2016 until 2035.
