2Wire Inc., a San Jose-based home networking telecommunications company acquired by U.K.-based Pace plc in 2010, signed a lease for 19,664 square feet in the Lakeview Plaza building at 4516 Seton Center Pky. in Austin.

Completed in 1998, the three-story, 120,956-square-foot, Class A office building anchored by BancVue and Cadence Design Systems.
