HOUSTON–Steel City Pops, an Alabama-based gourmet popsicle shop with stores in Dallas and Fort Worth, is expanding to Houston.
The company has leased 3,710 square feet of retail space in Heights Plaza, the Radom Capital-developed specialty retail center located at 420 East 20th Street. The project is a redevelopment of a historic retail property that is home to several Texas-based concepts, including Austin-basedBird’s Barbershop.
Kyle Knight with the Houston office of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as tenant representative for Steel City Pops. Knight notes that expansion throughout Houston for the brand is in the offing. [GlobeSt]
