Industrial Property Trust Pays $30.7 Million for Tuscany Center at Walnut Creek Portfolio

 

Industrial Property Trust, a Denver-based property investment firm, last month acquired four buildings within the Tuscany Center at Walnut Creek industrial park in Austin from Crow Holdings for $30.743 million, or about $92 per square foot.

The four single-story buildings, known as Tuscany 6-9, total 334,350 square feet at 8024 Exchange Dr. in Austin’s Northeast Industrial submarket. Current tenants in the portfolio include Forward Air, Medwing.com and GTECH, which fully occupies the 82,500-square-foot Tuscany 6 building. [CoStar]
