HPI Holdings, a portfolio of business and real estate interests led by owner and CEO Hal Pontez, has acquired a massive 865,000-square-foot office and industrial portfolio in the North Hardy Toll Road Industrial submarket of Houston, TX.
The deal includes 34 buildings across 10 different business parks, including Central Park North, Hedgecroft Square, Greenbriar Business Park, Greenbriar 8, Greenbriar I and II, Intercontinental Business Center, and West Hardy Business Park.
Located in north Houston along W. Hardy Rd., the parks sit in close proximity to the Sam Houston Tollway, I-45, Hwy. 59, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
“The strategic placement of this business park, with its easy access to Bush Intercontinental Airport and close proximity to many of the new energy campuses being constructed for oil and gas companies along I-45 makes it an especially ideal location,” said Pontez.
The owners plan to carry out significant renovations and reposition the portfolio under one name, Hardy Properties at Intercontinental.
