DALLAS – October 7, 2015 – Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Dallas members will hear a presentation entitled Multi Family – The Best of Both Worlds. The open-to-the-public luncheon will be held on Wednesday, October 21, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Park City Club, 5956 Sherry Lane in Dallas.
Steve Bancroft, senior managing director of Trammell Crow Residential (TCR), will team with Megan Lasch, developer for Pinnacle Housing Group, as they tell their stories from different perspectives. TCR builds luxury apartments and Pinnacle mainly focuses on affordable apartments.
Bancroft and Lasch will educate CREW members and their guests on new trends in the marketplace, locations that are hot versus those that may not be as popular, amenities included in each company’s development package, and demographics.
Bancroft joined TCR in April of 2011 after having been employed at Crow Holdings for over 13 years. Since joining TCR, Bancroft and his DFW team has sourced, financed and began construction on 12 projects totaling over $325MM in capitalization and 3,600+ units. In addition to the Dallas area, Bancroft is also responsible for development in Austin and Denver, CO.
Lasch, who is based in Austin, has ten years of experience in the project management and development industry. She began her career as an engineering consultant where she helped design a variety of public and private development projects. She joined Pinnacle Housing Group in 2011. Pinnacle is a full-service real estate development company committed to solving the need for affordable housing in the Southeast United States.
