HOUSTON–Edifis Group, a Houston-based real estate development and acquisition company with a focus on developing assets in the retail marketplace, has acquired Palmer Plaza, a retail center in Texas City.
“We are seeing a re-focus in communities along the coast with strong ties to the energy industry that is attracting a surge of retailers and grocers to the area, and Palmer Plaza was ideally located in this new expansion,” Josh Aruh, founder of Edifis Group, told GlobeSt.com.
The shopping center, situated next to a new H-E-B grocery store, is located on 8.42 acres and spans 98,000 square feet. [GlobeSt]
