Houston-based real estate firm Griffin Partners has purchased an office building near downtown for an undisclosed amount.
The property at 602 Sawyer St. is an 85,923-square-foot, seven-story office building. It was originally built in 1982 and underwent renovations in 1999, according to the statement from National Asset Services. NAS represented the office building’s 22 co-owners during the negotiations. Griffin Partners represented itself in the transaction. [Houston Business Journal]
