Crest Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce Paul Vernon joining the team.
Paul W. Vernon, a 30 year veteran of Commercial Real Estate has recently joined Crest Commercial Real Estate as Director of Retail Development. Paul joins Crest just as it begins its 20th year of serving the North Texas retail community.
Paul, a graduate of SMU, began his career at Evans, Birmingham, Williamson which transitioned to Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate and most recently was with The John T. Evans Company. Paul brings a wide array of knowledge of the commercial real estate industry; from tenant representation, to property disposition, retail leasing, and development. A few of his tenant representation clients include Cristina’s Fine Mexican Restaurant, Villa Grande, and Señor Locos Mexican Restaurant, Estilo Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse, Hub Streat Food Port, Jalapeño Tree Mexican Restaurant, Star Car Wash, and Speedway Express Car Washes.
Paul’s achievements have been widely recognized. He earned a spot on D Magazine’s list of Power Brokers. Outside of the office, Paul is a member of the North Texas Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), volunteers at St. Andrew United Methodist Church and Seven Loaves Food Pantry, and serves as a mentor for Plano I.S.D.
